In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Symmetry.”
This was taken at Bartley Ranch Regional Park in Reno, Nevada. Where I stood is actually about where the tracks abruptly end. If memory serves they wrap around Windy Hill, atop which is a favorite lookout point with a fantastic panorama of the Truckee Meadows.
I took this with my trusty iPad so of course the quality isn’t the greatest. But I like the idea of the symmetrical tracks leading to parts unknown, and the way the sun shines on the green-roofed visitor center in the background.
